LIES, DAMN LIES, & BLS STATISTICS
It’s my favorite day of the month. The Bureau of Lies & Scams issues their double seasonally adjusted, massaged to provide a happy ending, birth death adjusted unemployment propaganda, designed to keep the masses in the dark about their own dire financial circumstances. Even though the equally manipulated GDP is at 1% or below, retail sales are plunging, corporate profits plummeted by 15% in the 4th quarter and Challenger & Grey corporate layoff announcements were up 42% in January versus last year, our fraudulent friends at the BLS announced glorious employment figures this morning.
NOAA Radiosonde Data Shows No Warming For 58 Years!
The omission of this data from the NOAA report, is just their latest attempt to defraud the public. NOAA’s best data shows no warming for 60 years. But it gets worse.
Trump Will Make His Peace with the War Party
Just as Reagan Learned to Love Big Government
Yes it’s fun to watch Trump troll the media, taunt the neocons, and humiliate heirs of political dynasties, just as it was probably fun to watch Reagan excoriate the Trilateral Commission. But don’t get so caught up in electoral Wrestlemania that you start fantasizing that yet another media celebrity seeking power will be some great agent of positive change. It didn’t happen with Ronald; it won’t happen with Donald. There may be ego-bruising and body slams during the campaign wrestling match. But afterward in the locker room, most of the theatrical combatants will make nice and perhaps even make dinner plans.
How Trump Won't Be Allowed to Win the Nomination
Below are a list of tactics that Establishment Republicans may use to block the nomination of Donald Trump. Yes, I know. If they succeed they will not win the White House but many in the establishment will make just as much money under a Democrat insider as they will with a Republican insider. So they may not care.
All they may want to do is send the message to any future “outsider” candidate, “This is our party and you need our approval to participate. If you try to do this without us we will destroy you.”
These tactics were used in 2012 to keep Libertarian insurgents from winning delegates to the Republican National Convention. The fear was that Ron Paul would be able to place his name in nomination and give a speech about capital cronyism and how big corporations use the system to corrupt free enterprise. Donald Trump can learn from our experience.
What was at stake in 2012? Money. What’s at stake now? Money.
Editor's Note: one tactic this writer left off the list was the theft of a delegate's credentials which I have personal knowlege of during the 2008 Ron Paul campaign. The criminal scum who run the Republican party will stoop to any level or depravity to get what they want.
The Plot Thickens
Editors note. Andrew Napolitano has a good legal mind but he's not perfect. For some reason he thinks wages and salaries are income. Just ask someone who really knows, Larry Becraft, Esq. But I digress. Napolitano makes an excellent case about why Hillary Clinton should be wearing an orange jump suit soon but when Barrack Obumer, who regularly signs death warrants for people not acquised of crimes, let's his Justice Department indict a former cabinet officer for a crime and doom the Democrat party in this Fall's election, I will publicly apologize to Richard Nixon for characterizing him as an SOB and traiter for engaging in acts as a private citizen to extend the Vietman war in order to get elected!
by Andrew Napolitano
Mrs. Clinton is no ordinary client. She is running for president. She lies frequently. We know this because, when asked if the FBI has reached out to her for an interview, she told reporters that neither she nor her campaign had heard from the FBI; but she couldn’t wait to talk to the agents.
That is a mouthful, and the FBI knows it. First, the FBI does not come calling upon her campaign or even upon her. The Department of Justice prosecutors will call upon her lawyers – and that has already been done, and Mrs. Clinton knows it. So her statements about the FBI not calling her or the campaign were profoundly misleading, and the FBI knows that.
The Donald: the bad and the good.
I just finished watching Trump’s entire acceptance speech and I have all sorts of thoughts to share. Let’s start with the overall picture. First, the speech confirmed all the reasons I cannot support Trump, but also further solidified why I think it’s very possible that he will win and become President. The speech was disturbing on multiple levels, while at the same time brilliant from a manipulative and salesmanship standpoint. He held my attention for the entire 75 minutes. Can you imagine for a moment Hillary doing the same thing? Yes, it matters.
Hillary's Health?
Video clips of Hillary displaying major health problems are making the rounds. If it is true that Hillary is having major health issues, the cool aid drinking Democrat crowd could be in for a nasty suprise. This first clip of Hillary coughing through a speech earlier this year is just downright concerning the second video linked below it is just weird. Donald should definitely use it in a campaign ad. Trump's 10-point plan
Trumps 10-Point plan aligns with the Founders' fundamental concepts

Host of Samuel Adams Returns show on Liberty Works Radio Network
Sam Adams speech about the Declaration of Independence, Aug. 1, 1776:
"Thus by the beneficence of Providence, we shall behold our empire arising, founded on justice and the voluntary consent of the people, and giving full scope to the exercise of those faculties and rights which most ennoble our species. Besides the advantages of liberty and the most equal constitution, heaven has given us a country with every variety of climate and soil, pouring forth in abundance whatever is necessary for the support, comfort, and strength of a nation. Within our own borders we possess all the means of sustenance, defence, and commerce; at the same time, these advantages are so distributed among the different States of this continent, as if nature had in view to proclaim to us - Be united among yourselves, and you will want nothing from the rest of the world.”
Donald S. Lutz, Colonial Origins of the American Constitution: A Documentary History – 1998 http://oll.libertyfund.org/title/694
Pgs. 16 & 17 – “Even with this restricted discussion two things become apparent. First, calling John Locke a “contract theorist” would have been considered a misnomer by colonial Americans. He was more properly a “compact theorist,” and in fact we find that his Second Treatise always uses the word “compact” and not “contract.” Second, the relationship between a covenant and a compact was a direct one. Both were based on the consent of those taking part. Both created a new community. Both implied a relationship that was stronger, deeper, and more comprehensive than that established by a contract. A compact, however, required simply the consent of those taking part, while a covenant required sanction by the highest relevant authority as well.
Do Courts Have Law-Making Power?
Attorney Michael Peroutka - Patriot, and founder of Institute on the Constitution - has released this catchy tune to help people understand the inherent limits of the judicial branch in our system of government. For a detailed explanation of this principle, download a copy of this informative booklet, written by Liberty Works Radio Network founder John B. Kotmair.

King of Debt Takes the Reins
The election of Ronald Reagan in 1980 provides the best recent precedent for the unexpected triumph of Donald Trump (in my opinion, the other post-war Republican takeovers of the White House --Ike in ’52, Nixon ’68, and W. in ’00 – did not constitute a real break from the status quo.) As many people expect great changes from Trump, it is worthwhile to look at what the Reagan Revolution actually wrought...
America was able to survive Ronald Reagan's debt experiments because we started borrowing from a position of relative strength. But the debt took its toll, and we are now a shadow of our former selves. Yet rather than reversing course before it’s too late, Trump may just step on the gas, assuring we go over the cliff that much sooner.
Open Police
Flex Your Rights Foundation is bringing a new application to the public.
Soon, you’ll have access to a free, powerful tool that will empower citizens like you to bring greater accountability to police departments across the US.
Flex Your Rights has invested thousands of hours developing and user-testing an Open Police web app in 2016. Now, they’re just weeks away from launching their initial private version! This is a big deal, because now they’ll be able to expand their user testing with actual victims of recent police misconduct.
By the time you get your hands on the app in early 2017, you’ll benefit from everything we learned from talking to victims of police misconduct and helping them build reports that can't be ignored.
In the meantime, here is a link to the OpenPolice website along with answers to your most common questions since they started this project just one year ago. Check back here or go to the OpenPolice website for future news.
